Alumni Updates: Here’s what your brothers have been up to since Penn State

It is always a great opportunity when you get to catch up with a brother you haven’t seen in a while! We recently caught up with a brother who gave us an update on what they have been up to since Penn State! Read on to hear his updates. 

As Executive Vice President of Customer Operations at Connect America, Aaron is responsible for all customer care activities including activations, onboarding, installation, billing, retention, and operational administrative departments. He previously served as Director of Customer Care & Operations for 1&1 Internet, Inc. one of the largest web hosting companies in the country. While there, Aaron was responsible for all internal and external operational teams of more than 200 agents in the US, UK, and Philippines. – Aaron Nye ’01
